The Lakes also sought a preliminary injunction against Lake County prohibiting funding of Ronans actions Following a hearing, the District Court of the Twentieth Judicial District, Lake County, issued orders denying the Lakes motions and quashing the motion for preliminary injunction as to Lake County. We affirm
